We strive to be very reasonable about our cancellation policy, and have designed it so you will feel good enough to rebook your trip to Cuba at a later time.

FIRST, OUR PROCESS:

A) Complete your short, free Cuba Travel SURVEY.  You will then receive your no obligation CubaABC pricing sheet and personalized travel Itinerary.

B) Once you approve your trip Itinerary, purchase your "You Plan, You Go" Option 1: Cuba travel Instruction Sheet©, finalized Itinerary, live chat support, and our Cuba Team of 8 trusted experts.

C) If you decide that you want CubaABC to set-up and book your Cuba trip for you, simply PAY the additional option 2 "We Plan, You Go" fees and relax. You just pay for your own trip costs and we will set up and book your whole vacation for you, A to Z.

D) Finally, if you decide that you want us to accompany you to Cuba as your personal chaperone, just let us know and we will calculate this additional Option 3 fee for you. Under this "We Plan & Take You" to Cuba Option 3 (or 4), we set up an ALL INCLUSIVE* trip for you, accompany you as your personal chaperone throughout your amazing trip to Cuba, and GUARENTEE (see below*) that it will be the best vacation you've ever taken.

REFUND AND CREDIT POLICIES:

Option 1 - You Plan, You Go: 100% refund before we email your exclusive travel Instruction sheet©. (No refunds after we email your Instruction Sheet.)

Option 2 - We Plan, You Go      AND 

Options 3 & 4 - We Plan & Take You: 

• 100% refund minus $500 fee if you cancel before we send you your Final Trip Itinerary.

• 90% refund if you cancel after we send your Final Trip Itinerary (before booking your trip).

• 80% credit, minus any non-refundable booking cancellation costs, if you cancel after your trip has been booked. 

• If your travel insurance covers your cancellation, you get your trip insurance claim refund, of course.

*Option 3 & 4 GUARANTEE: we guarantee your Options 3 or 4 "We Take You" trip to Cuba will be THE BEST vacation you've ever taken, or we will give you Option 3 again for 50% off, or Option 4 for 25% off, your next trip to Cuba. This is how much we believe in Cuba. 

Note, choosing an option 2 or 3 trip to Cuba less than 30 days before your desired departure date is more difficult and costly, so please apply early.
