Cuba Travel Refunds, Privacy, and Our Guarantee

We strive to be very reasonable about our cancellation policy, and have designed it so you will feel good enough to rebook your trip to Cuba at a later time.

REFUND AND CREDIT POLICIES:

Option 1 - You Plan, You Go: 100% refund before we email your exclusive travel Instruction sheet©. (No refunds after we email your Instruction Sheet.)

Option 2 - We Plan, You Go: We will provide you with our additional assistance fees depending on your group size and itinerary. But, you will only pay our assistance fees upon your return from Cuba, and only if you are 100% satisfied with your trip.  

Options 3 & 4 - We Plan & Take You: 

• 100% refund minus $500 fee if you cancel before we send you your Final Trip Itinerary.

• 90% refund if you cancel after we send your Final Trip Itinerary (before booking your trip).

• 80% credit, minus any non-refundable booking cancellation costs, if you cancel after your trip has been booked. 

• If your travel insurance covers your cancellation, you get your trip insurance claim refund, of course.

Under Option 2, we will set-up and book your trip for you, and only charge you for our assistance after you return from Cuba 100% satisfied.  

Options 1 & 2 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Please keep in mind that Cuba has been under a heavy embargo for over 60 years. Recently, Cuba has also been put under additional energy sanctions. This means that normal travel issues that are solved quickly in other countries can take longer to resolve in Cuba. For example, if your taxi breaks down, it can take longer to get another ride. If your hotel wifi or power go down, it may take longer to get them back. Restaurants may not have the same depth of menus you're accustomed to, etc.. That being said, after you return from Cuba, if you are not 100% satisfied with your trip, you can choose not to pay our additional assistance fees - or, you can choose to pay us less. But our #1 goal is to TAKE YOU TO CUBA and make sure you have one of the best vacations of your life.

Options 3 & 4 GUARANTEES: we guarantee your Options 3 or 4 "We Take You" trip to Cuba will be THE BEST vacation you've ever taken, or we will give you Option 3 again for 50% off, or Option 4 for 25% off, your next trip to Cuba. This is how much we believe in Cuba. 

Note, choosing an option 2 or 3 trip to Cuba less than 45 days before your desired departure date is more difficult and costly, so please apply early.

PRIVACY POLICY: all traveler information is kept completely confidential. Never sold. Never shared. 

Option 1 & 2 Travel Instructions© are Copywritten and proprietary. Any sharing, or use in business, is strictly prohibited. Any misuse will result in penalties equal to Cuba ABC’s financial losses. In other words, please just use this for the travelers. Thank you.
