REFUND AND CREDIT POLICIES:

Options 1-4:100% refund of your $395 fee before we email your exclusive travel Instruction sheet©. No refunds after we email your Instruction Sheet©.

Options 2-4: We will calculate our additional CubaABC travel set-up fees & and travel booking costs based on your group size and itinerary. These fees and costs will be due up-front before we start working on your Final Trip Itinerary to book your Options 2-4 trip. (All travel fees and costs are kept in our Trust Account for your protection.)

• 100% refund of your Options 2-4 up-front fees and costs if you cancel before you receive you Final Trip Itinerary.

• 100% refund of your Options 2-4 up-front fees and costs, minus +$500 fee, if you cancel after you receive you Final Trip Itinerary but before we begin booking your trip.

• 80% credit, minus any non-refundable booking cancellation or rescheduling costs, if you cancel after we have started booking your trip.

• 100% refund of your booking costs if you cancel before we have paid any related agencies (i.e., airlines, hotels, visas, insurance, etc.)

• If any your travel bookings or insurances provide a cancellation claim for refunds, you get 100% of your approved claim refund, of course.
